The Independent Book Publishers Association has just released the presentation slidess and handouts (as approved by the speakers). Get them via this Dropbox link. Please note that some presentations may not be available.
You can also purchase audio recordings of most sessions. Get them as MP3 files for listening on your commute to/from work; or as CDs for listening at your desk. IBPA has very thoughtfully put together a comprehensive list of what’s available for each session.
