Silver – Catholic Children grades K through 8 HCAKids.org – The Holy Childhood Association, of the Pontifical Mission Societies in the United States, has a single mission: “children helping children.” After learning about the great needs of the world’s poorest children, young people are invited to pray and to offer financial help so that children in the Missions today may know Christ and experience His love and care. At HCAKids.org children can actively engage in their faith with prayers and activities designed to deepen their understanding of what it means to be a Christian.

Zanny, Born to Run by Extra Special Kids, LLC
Excerpt: Approximately 17% of all children have some type of developmental disability, and the number is growing every day. Not all kids are the same, so each book addresses a different symptom, not a disorder. This way, Zanny stories can benefit “typical” children who might have difficulties in one area while also helping kids diagnosed with learning disabilities. These fun, witty, picture books and apps are a way of helping children with limitations understand their symptoms better in a positive and engaging way while trying to boost their self-esteem.
