In a recent email, multi-award-winning author and radio host Jeff Marginean shared news that brought us joy and sadness.
In August, Jeff’s co-producer Joe Procario died. Since then, Jeff’s My Buddy Butch Radio Show has been on hold. Jeff said that, in fact, everything has been on hold these last few months.
Now Jeff is happy to report that his My Buddy Butch Radio Show is being syndicated on the ABC/Citadel Satellite System. The show is a pet, lifestyle, and entertainment show featuring interviews with celebrities, and best-selling authors. “We cover family topics with a slant on pets and entertainment.” Jeff adds that there will be a Rescue of the week segment and a Vet Topic of the week. Dick Rolfe of the Dove Foundation will offer a “serious look and review of family friendly media.”
As part of this project, there is a new website: http://www.mbbradio.com. “We have aligned ourselves with such notable networks as the National Geographic Channel, Hallmark Channel, ABC Family, NBC Sports, and Animal Planet/Discovery Channel to bring behind-the-scenes interviews and the latest programming.”
And, as if that isn’t enough to keep him busy, Jeff is also working on the next book in his My Buddy Butch series. Stay tuned …
