You may have seen this offer in the November edition of our Let’s Talk newsletter. Just in case you missed it, we’re publishing our open call on the Honoree Portal.
All MCA Honorees are invited to participate in What’s Cooking with Mom’s Choice, a weekly feature blog feature. The project, which will launch in January 2015, will connect Honorees with their target audience via Mom’s Choice Matters, our consumer and parenting blog.
Through What’s Cooking with Mom’s Choice, Honorees can showcase their expertise and experience in fun, engaging ways. The kitchen is often described as the “heart of a home,” and What’s Cooking with Mom’s Choice taps into that.
This is not a weekly recipe MEME. No matter what your award-winning product or service, there is an opportunity for you to be part of What’s Cooking with Mom’s Choice. Here are some starter ideas:
- Book Honorees – give us the dish on your favorite recipe (or one your character makes in your book!)
- Gear Honorees – what’s your go-to recipe or kitchen hack for busy moms and dads?
- Game Honorees- share your favorite family-game-night recipe.
- Parenting Honorees – what are your suggestions for kids being in the kitchen?
- App Honorees – got some ideas on kitchen hacks or shortcut tips?
Cookbook Honorees, we would love to showcase a recipe (or two) from your MCA award-winning book, too! Let’s not forget about safety tips and healthy eating, too! We have 52 weeks to fill, and want to include your recipe or idea.
We are also open to re-blogging articles that you have already published.
Cooking with Mom’s Choice is an opportunity for MCA Honorees to connect with parents and caregivers. This is YOUR chance to let them know more about you, as well as your interests and expertise. We will include references and links to your award-winning product in the author bio, but this is NOT a direct product pitch.
