When Back to School season hits, every family will be out shopping. That means August is a fabulous month to showcase your brand and products to the mom audience.

5 Minutes for Mom will get your message out with our 2013 Back to School Giveaway.

How Will the Back to School Giveaway Work?

Each day in August, we will publish one daily “Back to School” Giveaway. The giveaway event will run from August 1-31 and the main event post will include links to each daily post and each daily post will link back to the main event post. What this means for you is daily advertising on 5 Minutes for Mom.

Even if you don’t have school related items, you can STILL get your brand noticed in our giveaway.

If you have a product, brand or website that you want to be featured, there are two main ways for you to get involved.

Option 1 – You Have A Back to School Related Product for Review and Giveaway

If you have a product that you think our readers should know about — perhaps one that would make a child’s back to school transition easier or more fun — we would love to hear about it. If it fits the “Back to School” theme, we will work with you to get your item listed in the giveaway.

Option 2 – Your Brand or Company is Featured in a Post with a Giveaway of a Gift Card or Electronic Device etc

If you’d like to get involved in the giveaway and promote your brand or website, but your product is not a back to school item, you can still promote your brand in a giveaway post and provide other exciting prizing.

Posts that receive the most traffic, views and viral exposure are those offering prizes such as gift cards for places such as Amazon or WalMart or electronics etc.

Prizes that tend to do well are<

  • laptops/netbooks
  • iPods/iPads/tablets
  • smartphones
  • gift cards to places like Wal-Mart, Amazon, etc.

If you want even more coverage during the Back To School Giveaway Event, you can be the Feature Sponsor of the campaign. As the Feature Sponsor you will receive:

  • A promotional post on the site the week before the giveaway starts
  • A promotional post midway through the giveaway

How Much Does it Cost?

The cost for one of the daily Giveaway posts is $195 (mom owned business discount is $125).

The cost for the Feature sponsorship is $2500 (this will be taken very fast so don’t delay).
