Wow! New York is always a great place to visit, and when you add Book Expo America to the mix it is a blast! By Sunday evening, we were all exhausted … but very pleased.

Honorees Mac McConnell, Dyan Eybergen, Drs. Charles and Elizabeth Schmitz, Jeanette Ramnarine, Janet Lord Leszl, Kunle Oguneye, Susan Jones, Joanne King and Jeff Marginean all broke records for debut authors. Each one of these alumni ran out of books well before their autograph sessions ended!
Celebrity Mom of the Year Alisyn Camerota not only attended as an honoree, but also covered the MCA Author of the Year presentation to Greg Mortenson (author of the #1 New York Times bestseller, Three Cups of Tea).
